Why is Mennyu necessary?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food carts have exploded in popularity over the last few decades, and it\u2019s not hard to understand why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compared to traditional restaurants, food carts have a number of advantages that make them a more appealing option to many customers. For one, food carts provide a wider variety of cuisine options to their customers. Whereas restaurants tend to specialize in particular types of food and drinks, food carts often offer a range of different cuisines within the same space, allowing customers to try different types of food within the same place. Additionally, food carts tend to be more affordable than traditional restaurants, often selling meals at prices which are far lower than what customers would pay at a restaurant. This makes them perfect for those on a budget, as they can still enjoy a good meal without breaking the bank. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though food carts provide more options, and affordability, they can be a hassle to find! Many food carts have minimal presence online, making it difficult to find a menu, or find their location. The best way to find a food cart is through word of mouth, which in this day and age doesn\u2019t suffice. Mennyu has been created to give vendors a place to promote their business, and consumers to order food online, as all other options have exorbitant fees, and often don\u2019t have your favorite food carts! Mennyu was created to rectify these issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In order to remain competitive, progress and stay ahead of the competition, it is essential that we actively seek out new, creative solutions and strive to develop better ways of doing things. With that, the food ordering industry is rapidly evolving, with innovative new offerings being released on a regular basis. Mennyu is one such service that is transforming the way customers order their meals. Conceived in 2021, Mennyu is a digital platform that provides customers with a convenient, intuitive way to order and receive food made by small food vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mennyu is starting its global journey in Portland, OR. The founder and CEO, Sam Weinard, is overseeing all operations and early testing in Portland. Once Mennyu progresses through testing and early development we will be expanding through Vancouver, WA, Los Angeles, CA, and Dallas, TX to start. We are starting with cities that feature small vendors, then we will move to other cities to incentivise food carts to open. Further growing our reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much of our progress will be driven by a passion for growing our industry and platform. Food carts are a new generation of business and we plan on supporting its growth globally, so if we aren\u2019t in your town now, we may be tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
